We are a well-established family business, founded in 1988, with over 30 years of experience in portable refrigeration solutions. We are passionate about sustainability, with solar panels installed on our roof as part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact and operating responsibly.
Every job matters to us, and this level of dedication has helped us build many longstanding relationships with our customers over the years. We proudly hold several contracts with national breweries who trust us completely, knowing our service is second to none and relying on us 100%.

Managing DIRECTOR
Jenny
Jenny has been here longer than the furniture. She loves doing impressions, drinking double cream, working out (because of the cream), and telling stories that sound like they must have been made up. They haven’t. Jenny dislikes speed cameras. They’re everywhere.
Director
Zac
Zac has a broad knowledge of every aspect of MFR and has great vision for the future of our company. He loves football, UFC boxing, fast cars and eating huge pizzas. He dislikes driving slowly and fridges that break.
Accounts Manager
Vicky
Vicky has been with MFR for over 25 years and is our resident pocket rocket. She makes sure all the invoicing gets done so we can earn a crust! She loves dogs, cuddling up with her sons (when they’re not fighting) and anything that tastes like chocolate orange. She dislikes snakes. Immensely.
Office Supervisor
Debbie
Debbie keeps very busy arranging hires for our lovely customers. She is our resident karaoke queen and (in her own words) taught Mariah Carey everything she knows. There is not a song she won’t destroy, whether she knows the lyrics or not! Debbie makes delicious cakes and her favourite pastimes are drinking Pina Coladas and sleeping, and she always stays a few minutes late because she’s so conscientious (and wants to ensure her husband cooks the dinner)

Luke
Luke is the customer service expert of the office . His unflappable calmness and ultra polite demeaner are his secret weapon when dealing with tricky situations. His passion for football and life in general is contagious and he never fails to make us all smile on a daily basis. Luke’s various accents and impressions are also the highlight of our day!
Office Junior
Pickle
Pickle is the youngest member of our team and the most popular. Her filing skills are terrible, but she is so cute that no disciplinary action has been taken. She loves everyone and gives the best cuddles, especially to the bottled water delivery man who is her favourite. The most exciting part of her day is after her lunchtime walk when she comes back to a treasure hunt, and transforms into a Tasmanian devil rushing round the office to ‘woof’ down her treats!
Engineer
Josh
Josh is our ‘fixer of everything’ and has been with us for 14 years. What he doesn’t know about our kit is not worth knowing. He likes to absorb himself in his work.
His hobbies include being a genius on all things Batman and his knowledge of Marvel films is unparalleled.
Driver
Matt
When Matt isn’t busy with his lookalike work as Tommy Shelby we keep him very busy driving all over the place delivering our equipment.
He may as well be sponsored by Monster judging by the amount of it he drinks. He always has a smile on his face and no job is ever too much trouble.
